Privacy Policy
Garden Factory sells digital products (printables, planners, templates and similar) through our Etsy shop, 1300gardenfactory.etsy.com. This policy explains what information we handle and why.
Customers
- Orders, payments and downloads are handled by Etsy. We receive only what Etsy shares with sellers to fulfil an order, such as your name, your order details and any personalisation you provide (for example a name to print).
- We use that information only to make and deliver your order and to answer your messages. We don't sell it, rent it, or use it for advertising.
- We never receive your payment card details; Etsy processes payments.
- Etsy's own privacy policy also applies to everything you do on Etsy.
Our marketing tools
We use software of our own to publish our product images to our own social accounts (such as Pinterest, Facebook and Instagram) and to read the statistics and ad results for those accounts.
- These tools connect only to accounts that belong to Garden Factory. They don't let anyone else sign in, and they don't collect information about other users of those platforms.
- Access keys for these connections are stored privately on our own server and are never shared or sold.
- We keep account statistics only as long as we need them to understand which products and posts work.
How information is protected
Information we keep is stored on secured servers with access limited to our team. We keep order information only as long as needed for the order, for tax and accounting records, or as the law requires.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by messaging us through our Etsy shop. We'll reply within 30 days.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
